Great Experience! Absolutely loved our stay. It was such nice home with everything we needed to relax. We were very appreciative to have access to the club, some beach toys, towels, as well as, the umbrella. I wish it had of been longer. Thanks for taking care of us Shig!

Magical! We rented 2 houses across the street from each other for our family of 17. Came to Hawaii to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. The homes were beautiful and well supplied. Shig and Maya were amazing hosts and took great care of us. We reserved the pavilion and had a beautiful catered dinner (with Chef Alan and sous chef Brad providing the best food we had on the island) to celebrate the happy occasion. Attended the luau at Mauna Lau -- impressive (food not great, but show amazing). snorkeled, whale-watched, saw the volcanoes in the rain, played golf, etc..... would unequivocally recommend this house. The only 2 small negatives were the dull knives in the kitchen and the subpar cookware (but must admit, every house I have ever rented has been similarly situated). Everything else was perfect! We will be back!

Beautiful! We loved the home and the decor was beautiful! Local cookies were left for us upon arrival:). There were only two of us so we had plenty of room! Really liked the market and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend for families,couples,etc.
Would love to come back next year!

Beautiful Townhouse! Our stay at this KaMilo townhouse was amazing. I felt like we were staying at a private bungalow at the nicest resort. We had 9 people-2 couples, one 30 yr old, 2 teens, a 12 yr old & 4yr old. The house was big enough that we could all eat together, watch a movie or play a game together (upstairs), or each get away & spend some time in our rooms (all but one room is downstairs). It was all brand new. Very nicely decorated. Like I imagined an island house should be. My favorite was the sliding glass wall to the porch. Every morning we opened this up & everyone had breakfast on the patio. In the evenings, we ate outside too as the weather was nice & barbecued a few nights. (We lit candles to help with any bugs.) Everything you need close to KaMilo. The Petroglyph trail, the beach, a grocery mart, coffee, world class resort (Fairmont Orchid w/ superb food) & golf all within a little walk, short bike ride or very quick golf cart trip. We also did a few different day trips. We went to Kona-35 min away (surfed, shopped & ate), Hapuna Beach-10 min away (good break for boogie boarding) & traveled around the western part of the island to Akaka falls-1 1/2 hr away & Tropical Botanical Garden. Costco is also conveniently located right next to the airport (30 min away from KaMilo.) The weather on this part of the island is always nice. Hence why some of the Big Island's nicest resorts (Fairmont Orchid, Four Seasons, Mauna Lani Bay) are located north of the airport near KaMilo. Our favorite was loading up the 6 passenger golf cart & heading to the private beach (a short golf cart ride away). What a little paradise beach! We spent endless hours snorkeling, paddle boarding & reading. There was plenty of shade & lawn chairs for those who wanted to relax. Best yet, it wasn't crowded & the restaurant was right there so we didn't have to pack lunch every day. A few of us even tried scuba diving. (at the private beach-$130 for class & dive). It was quite an experience. I'll never forget it. Our second favorite thing to do was to finish up the day at the big pool in KaMilo. They had one large pool that is 5 ft deep (w/ separate kiddie pool), perfect for playing catch or having a water fight. Nearby is a large jacuzzi, separate lap pool & full work out room w/ free weights & machines. Lastly, a few times, we would make sure we saved time to head back to the private beach to catch the beautiful sunsets. We are already planning our second trip back to this house!

Absolutely Beautiful! My family spent a week in this beautiful home. It is new; spacious; beautifully decorated and furnished and extremely well-equipped. The communi
ty in which it is found is also very well-maintained and the communal facilities including the pools; jacuzzi's and gym were superb. It is also ideally situated with amazing beaches, shops and restaurants just a stone throw away. I would without hesitation recommend this home as a holiday destination to anyone.

Fabulous home! Great vacation! Our family had a great time and your home was so beautiful. The house had everything we needed for 10 people to comfortably enjoy our vacation. I think using the paddle board at the beach club was our favori
te thing. It was so nice that the property manager was so easy to work with and all the furnishing in the house we're great quality. The only thing that would make it better is if the beach was a little closer. Luckily we had a vehicle so it was no problem to drive a few minutes. We would definitely recommend this to family and friends and would love to visit again some time. You will not be disappointed with this VRBO!

Fantastic! New, quiet, spacious, four-bedoom condo beautifully decorated in South Seas motif in gated community with two swimming pools. We appreciated the access to a beach club and sheltered cove close by. Three of the top five beaches on the Big Island are within 15 minutes easy drive. We enjoyed high-end eating on the beach at sunset minutes away. We stayed for two weeks and ran out of time to see and do all that is available in the neighborhood. We plan to come back to this property in the future.
