World Class Recreation & Exercise Pavilion

The Pavilion pulses with activity like the heart of a Hawaiian village. A spacious and commanding playground for all generations, the Pavilion is made of natural island wood and enhanced with jewel-like inlays of a’a (lava rock).

Our KaMilo Recreation Pavilion spans over 2-acres with multiple pools, spas and a state-of-the-art fitness center offering a full complement of exercise equipment.  At the heart of the Pavilion is the Gathering Hale (house) with an outdoor kitchen including professional-grade stainless steel barbeque grills, refridgerator, preparation area with sink , granite countertops and evening lights that can serve informal get-togethers as well as opulent festivities.  Guests can reserve the Pavilion to host private informal get-togethers as well as fully catered events.

The Pavilion has three pools and two heated spas situated within the beautifully landscaped area.  The swimming areas were designed to entertain both children and adults to accomodate fun for children as well as quiet and relaxed moments when you need to simply unwind.  At the lagoon swimming pool, there’s plenty of fun for the children with both a shallow “kiddie pool” and larger pool for everyone.  At the formal lap pool, adults can exercise or enjoy our special cabanas for restful moments.

Best of all, the the KaMilo Pavilion is privately accessible and only available to residents and guests of our community.
